Dr. Marios Panagiotis Efthymiopoulos is an Associate Professor of International Security and Strategy, currently serving as the Head of the Department of History, Politics, and International Studies at Neapolis University Pafos in Cyprus. He is also the founder and CEO of Strategy International (SI) Ltd Cyprus. Dr. Efthymiopoulos was formerly the Dean of the College of Security and Global Studies at the American University in the Emirates. Has held various expert roles in various countries, in military, research, and strategy. He holds a PhD from the University of Crete, Greece, and authored numerous scientific publications and books.
