Rear Admiral Naji Mansour Al-johani previously served as Commander of the Jeddah Academy for Maritime Sciences and Security Studies in the Saudi Border Guard. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine and Military Sciences from King Fahd Naval College in Jubail and a Master's degree in Marine Surveying from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria. He held several leadership positions in the General Directorate of the Saudi Border Guard, where he commanded a number of ships and naval units. He contributed to the success of the search and rescue and maritime safety system at the Border Guard and the search and rescue coordination centers in Jeddah and Dammam. He participated in many conferences, seminars, meetings, committees and workshops locally and internationally.
