Daniele Francesco Alì is the CEO of E-phors and the CISO of Fincantieri. Previously, he was the Co-Director of IT, with responsibilities for IT Security & Digital Brand Protection for the Group, for which he developed the cybersecurity strategy. Before joining Fincantieri, he worked at Poste Italiane as the head of cybersecurity standards for the Poste Italiane Group. Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome, he later conducted academic research, specializing in system and network architecture and security. He earned a Master's in Information Security Management from CEFRIEL and the Polytechnic University of Milan, as well as a Master of Science in Information Security from Royal Holloway University of London. He holds the main certifications in Information Security and Project Management. A professor and lecturer at LUISS and SIOI, Daniele Alì is a member of the Board of Advisors of Cybersecurity at IBM and an active member of the Aerospace and Defence Industries As-sociation of Europe. He is also the author of several articles and scientific publications in national and interna-tional journals, including the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, as well as a speaker at institutional and educational forums on cybersecurity and the development of new technologies.
