He holds a PhD in Security and Criminal Sciences and a Master's in Security Studies with a specialization in Security Leadership. He has served as a lecturer and supervisor in maritime conferences and completed advanced training courses in leadership, artificial intelligence and various fields. He significantly contributes to the development of the Saudi Naval Forces by enhancing their security, strategic, organizational, and training capabilities.
