He graduated from King Fahad Naval Academy in 1419 AH and held many positions in the Navy and Armed Forces. He holds a Master’s in Military Science and a Master’s in Strategic Studies. And has taught various subjects. He obtained high courses in crisis management, geopolitics, and project management. He has contributed to developing and delivery national security diplomas and establishing the International Studies Department. He has several publications in specialized fields .
