Dr. Naim Al-Johani is a Director of the Leadership Preparation and Development Center and a faculty member at Ministry of Interior Academy for Border Security. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Strategic Leadership, a Master's in Planning, and a Bachelor's in Military Sciences. He has extensive experience in the maritime field and has participated in various local and international naval exercises and conferences.
